Teonilio Ojeda

Teonilio Ojeda has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Teonilio started their career as a Drilling Engineer at Hess Brasil Petroleo, where they played a crucial role in planning and executing deepwater drilling campaigns offshore Brazil. Later, they joined Hess Corporation as a Logistics Superintendent, responsible for coordinating logistics activities in Malabo and training local employees. Teonilio then took on the role of Materials & Logistics Manager at Hess Corporation, overseeing the management of materials and logistics operations. Finally, they joined Rosneft as the Head of Branch (Manaus), where they were accountable for the safe execution of the company's business program in the Amazon region. Teonilio developed and implemented logistics strategies for a wide range of operations, including exploratory drilling, seismic operations, well abandonment programs, and area remediation.

From 1999 to 2000, Teonilio studied at Coppe - postgraduate Institute of the Federal University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Teonilio pursued a Master's Degree in Business of Petroleum (MBP).

In 2000, Teonilio enrolled in Puc University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering. Teonilio completed this program in 2001, obtaining a degree in Petroleum Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Teonilio Ojeda also obtained two additional certifications. In October 2019, they completed a program called "Liderança Transformadora" at Fundação Dom Cabral. In November 2018, they received a certification in "The Complete Skilled Negotiator" from The Gap Partnership.
