The executive team at Ross Group has a history in construction, education, and management. The team has experience working as a foreman, skilled laborer, and office engineer at various construction companies. In addition, the team has experience teaching at the University of Oklahoma and managing a regional center. Most recently, the team was president of Westmoreland Builders. The team has degrees from Oklahoma State University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the University of Tulsa.
