Anuj Shah

Anuj Shah has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and verification, with a focus on audio and video products. Anuj started their career at Canada Border Services Agency, where they worked as a website developer and later as a project officer, involved in the redesign and maintenance of the agency's website.

In 2005, Anuj Shah joined the University of Ottawa as a software developer, where they created a software application for the Department of Psychology. Anuj wrote over 7500 lines of code and provided development guides for future application development.

Anuj Shah then moved on to Pleora Technologies, where they held multiple roles starting from verification engineer to FPGA developer and technical lead. Anuj was responsible for managing engineering projects, designing and developing FPGA-based products, and leading the verification team. Anuj successfully completed multiple projects, coordinating work across different departments.

In 2016, Anuj Shah joined COVELOZ Technologies Inc. as a Senior Verification Designer and continued their role after COVELOZ was acquired by Ross Video in the same year. Anuj was responsible for leading the verification of audio and video products, developing and debugging test benches and test cases.

Anuj Shah also briefly worked at Ciena as an FPGA Design and Verification Engineer on a temporary contract, focusing on RTL and verification work for the Packet-Optical Hardware Development Team.

Currently, Anuj Shah is working at Ross Video as an Embedded DevOps Lead & Product Verification Manager, specializing in Edge Technologies. Anuj leads a team of five and is responsible for ensuring high-quality releases of IP-based audio and video products.

Anuj Shah completed their high school education at West Carleton Secondary School from 1997 to 2002. Anuj then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering with a co-op option at the University of Ottawa, graduating in 2006.
