Bridgette K. has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Bridgette most recently worked at Ross Video as an Instructional Design Specialist starting in 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at TVO, where they held various positions including Manager of Learning Experience Design, Bilingual Learning Experience Designer, Bilingual Instructional Designer, and Media Researcher Education. Bridgette also worked as a Media Librarian at CBC/Radio-Canada and a Volunteer Archival Assistant at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. Bridgette gained valuable experience as a Social Media Coordinator and Research Assistant at the University of Toronto Faculty of Information and participated in the TALint Program at the University of Toronto. Additionally, they held positions at Toronto Public Library and McGill University, where they served as a Graduate Teaching Fellow, Teaching and Research Assistant, and Course Instructor. Bridgette's work experience also includes their involvement in the Federal Student Work Experience Program with the Government of Canada.

Bridgette K. has an extensive education history. Bridgette completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Geography and Urban Studies with Honours at the University of Toronto from 2003 to 2008. Bridgette then went on to pursue their Master's Degree in Human Geography at the same university from 2008 to 2010. Bridgette further continued their studies with Doctoral Studies in Human Geography at McGill University from 2010 to 2013.

In 2014, Bridgette enrolled in the University of Toronto once again and obtained a Master's Degree, this time with a dual concentration in Archives & Records Management and Library & Information Science, which they completed in 2016. After a gap, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Master of Educational Technology (Technology-Based Distributed Learning) from The University of British Columbia from 2018 to 2021.

Apart from their formal education, Bridgette has also obtained various certifications. Bridgette completed courses such as Articulate Storyline Essential Training, Develop Your Strategic Planning Skills, Foundations of Performance Management, UX Design: 4 Ideation, Learning Moodle 3.11, Become an Instructional Designer, Elearning Essentials: Storyboarding, Leading with Vision, and Measuring Learning Effectiveness on LinkedIn and Instructional Design: Creating Video Training, Instructional Design: Working with SMEs, Instructional Design: Adult Learners, and Instructional Design: Needs Analysis. Bridgette also completed Workplace Mental Health Leadership from Queen's University in February 2022.
