Cassandra Pelley

Cassandra Pelley has a diverse range of work experience. Cassandra began their career as a Resident Assistant at Memorial University of Newfoundland, where they hosted events, communicated policies to residents, and assisted in meetings and message distribution. Cassandra then worked as a Customer Contact Agent at Hydro Ottawa, where they drafted customer communications, collaborated with colleagues to resolve issues, and tailored training for new employees. Cassandra went on to work as a Communications Advisor at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, where they wrote and edited communications materials. Cassandra then joined ManpowerGroup as a Candidate Coordinator and later a Recruiter, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes, improved client and employee relations through technical solutions, and performed employee and client management. Most recently, Cassandra worked at Lifemark Health Group as a Talent Advisor and later a Talent Team Lead, where they provided strategic talent guidance and led a team. Currently, they are a Human Resources Operations Specialist - Immigration and Programs at Ross Video.
