David Oard

David Oard has a strong background in software development and engineering. David is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at Ross Video. Prior to this, they worked at Advanced Electronic Designs as a Sr. Software Design Engineer, specializing in custom C/C++ software solutions for clients on multiple platforms. David also has experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Garmin International, where they developed and maintained GPS maps using C# and C++. Additionally, David worked at LexisNexis, where they played a key role in developing and maintaining the enterprise software platform BridgerInsight XG. David started their career as a Network Administrator at Bridger Systems Inc and the Montana Online Communications Company (MOCC), where they had responsibilities as a webmaster and network administrator.

David Oard attended Montana State University-Northern from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. David then went on to Montana State University-Bozeman from 1998 to 2002, where they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
