Director Of Service at Ross Video

Jason Yarbrough has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1992 as the Managing Director at Yarbrough Brothers Towing, where they performed mechanical and electrical repairs for the fleet. Jason also dispatched tow trucks and conducted training for partner companies.

In 2002, Yarbrough joined Sears Home Services as a Home Service Technician, providing in-home appliance repair and training in various appliance categories. Jason later became the Technical Manager, leading teams of technicians and achieving productivity and customer service goals.

From 2012 to 2018, Yarbrough worked at Sears Holdings Corporation, first as the Territory Capacity Planning Manager, responsible for capacity management and managing the dispatch team. Later, they became the Territory Training and Development Manager, overseeing technical training strategies, compliance tracking, and designing training programs for technicians.

In 2018, Yarbrough joined D3 LED as the Field Service Manager, responsible for field service management. Jason then became the Director of Field Service in April 2021.

Currently, Yarbrough is the Director of Service at Ross Video, starting in August 2021.

Throughout their career, Yarbrough has demonstrated expertise in technical training, capacity management, field service management, and leadership.

Jason Yarbrough attended Cardinal Newman High School from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained their Diploma in General Studies. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Santa Rosa Junior College from 1989 to 1991, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their education, they have also obtained various certifications, including 4DX Training, DISC Training, Franklin Covey Speed of Trust, Transition to Leadership, and Vital Smarts Influencer Training. Furthermore, they hold a Private Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
