Rafael Dubois

Rafael Dubois has a strong background in sales and leadership roles within the technology and broadcast industry. Rafael is currently the Regional Sales Director for Northern Europe at Ross Video, responsible for driving sales, developing commercial strategy, and managing the Northern European sales team. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sales Europe at Qvest. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Accounts Director at Arqiva, a Sales Engagement Director at Ericsson, and a Sales & Marketing Director at Tedial. Rafael also held sales management positions at Pebble Beach Systems, Gee Broadcast Systems Ltd, Snell, and Omnibus Systems. Throughout their career, Rafael has demonstrated their ability to motivate and mentor teams, prioritize customer engagements, and achieve sales targets.

Rafael Dubois attended UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Law.
