Sherry Peters has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sherry started their career at Ansen Corporation in 2003 as a Program Manager, where they successfully managed programs until 2006. In 2007, they joined KEEN as a Director of Operations, overseeing the company's operational activities for six years. In 2013, they transitioned to Ross Video, where they held various positions. Sherry began as a Sales Coordinator, providing support to the sales team, and later moved into a Sales Operations role, which they held until 2022. In October 2020, Sherry was promoted to the position of Manager, Order Administration, where they continue to excel.

Sherry Peters completed an IRC Certificate in Organizational Development Fundamentals with a focus on Human Resources Development at Queen's University from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they attended various programs at Queen's University IRC, including Organizational Development Foundations, Designing Collaborative Workplaces, and Change Management.

In 2000, they earned a CQA certification from the American Society of Quality.

At the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, Sherry studied Management Principles and Production Planning.
