Alex Niehaus

Alex Niehaus is an experienced Urban Planner, AICP, currently employed at ROSSETTI since 2017. Previous roles include serving as a Board Member and Secretary at Brush Park Community Development Corporation from March 2016 to December 2021, and working as an Urban Planner, AICP, at Hamilton Anderson Associates from 2012 to 2017. Alex's early experience includes a campus accessibility survey at the University of Michigan in 2012 and involvement in the Façade Improvement Program for the Southwest Detroit Business Association in 2011. Academic credentials include a Master of Urban Planning from The University of Michigan's Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Michigan (2006-2010). Alex graduated from Troy Athens High School in 2006.
