Clara Longobardi

Clara Longobardi has an extensive background in the hospitality and education sectors, currently serving as Responsabile barista at Rossopomodoro since June 2019, where responsibilities include beer dispensing, coffee preparation, maintenance, supply management, and table service. Clara is also an Insegnante for laboratory services in the hospitality sector at MIUR and has been teaching since September 2017 at the Ministero Istruzione, Università e Ricerca. Additionally, Clara works as an Istruttore for AIBM, training professionals in various roles including bartender, waiter, and sommelier. Over the years, Clara has held various positions in event organization and restaurant management, and is pursuing studies in tourism management at the University of Naples, Parthenope. Clara's academic background includes a diploma from Liceo Scientifico and training from the IPSSEOA Istituto Alberghiero "F.Buscemi."
