Ondřej Krtička

Ondřej Krtička is the current Legal Director at Rossum. Ondřej has also worked as an Advokát at Linkers, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o from September 2017 to April 2021. There, they specialized in Litigation / Dispute Resolution, Contracts, M&A, and Compliance & GDPR. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Lawyer / advokátní koncipient at ROWAN LEGAL from September 2015 to August 2017 where they dealt with Litigation / Dispute Resolution, Contracts, Civil Law, and Commercial Law. Ondřej Krtička has also worked as a Paralegal (student) at Hogan Lovells from November 2011 to March 2013 during their university studies. There, they were exposed to Corporate Law, Labour Law, Contracts, and Commercial Law. Moreover, Ondřej Krtička has also worked as a Podnikový právník at Povodí Ohře from April 2014 to August 2015 where they were part of a two-man legal team in a company with more than 600 employees. Ondřej was responsible for solving day-to-day agenda and special cases concerning construction, water management and environment sector. Some of their tasks included Litigation, Contracts, Real Estate, Administrative Law, and Internal Regulations. Lastly, Ondřej Krtička has also worked as an Intern at the Public Prosecutor’s Office - Prague 4 from October

After completing their Gymnasium education in Most, Ondřej Krtička attended Charles University where they earned a master's degree in Law & Jurisprudence.
