Vitaly Silin

Vitaly Silin has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Vitaly is currently serving as the Legal Director at State Corporation Rostec from May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Head of Legal Department at the Investment Development Agency from January 2020 to May 2022. Vitaly also has experience as a Lawyer at an international metallurgical holding company from August 2017 to January 2020. Before that, they worked as an Associate at Nektorov, Saveliev & Partners from November 2016 to April 2018. Vitaly started their career as a Lawyer in private practice from May 2015 to November 2016 and as a Paralegal at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners from August 2014 to November 2014.

Vitaly Silin completed their Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of law at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2011 to 2015. Vitaly then continued their education and obtained a Master's degree in the same field and at the same university from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they acquired a certification in "Сделки слияния и поглощения" from White & Case LLP in September 2014.
