Aby Babu

Aby Babu is an experienced Planning & Project Control Engineer currently employed at Rotary Engineering since March 2024, overseeing the HDTL Maintenance Capex Project for Horizon Terminals Ltd in Djibouti, East Africa. Prior to this role, Aby worked at Seeh Al Sarya Engineering LLC from April 2016 to March 2024, managing projects for Occidental Petroleum Corporation, including the fabrication and installation of flow lines and various oil and gas infrastructure tasks in Oman. Aby began a career in engineering with roles at ISRO as a Construction Engineer and at Qualimations as a Technical Supervisor, complemented by early experience as an NDT Technician. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institution of Engineers and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from GPTC Adoor.
