Kathleen Diaz

Kathleen Diaz has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at ROTH Capital Partners starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as AVP, Talent Acquisition at Aristotle from February 2022 to October 2022. Before that, Kathleen worked as the Director of Human Resources at Main Street Advisors from August 2021 to February 2022.

Earlier in their career, Kathleen held positions at ROTH Capital Partners as the Senior Human Resources Manager from March 2020 to August 2021 and as the Human Resources Manager from July 2015 to March 2020. Kathleen also served as the Human Resources Manager at Zinc Cafe & Market from April 2013 to July 2015 and as the Human Resources Administrator from November 2012 to April 2013. Additionally, Kathleen worked as a Human Resources Administrator at BTL Machine from October 2011 to November 2012.

Kathleen Diaz completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Fullerton in 2011. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute, which they earned in 2016.
