Alex Constantatos

Alex Constantatos has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries and roles. Alex currently works as the Director of Strategic Solutions at Roth Staffing, where they support organizations with large-scale workforce needs and develops their strategic staffing infrastructure. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Solutions and Staffing Sales South Florida at Randstad Technologies US. In this role, they developed a business plan and sales/recruiting strategy for the market and managed a team. Before joining Randstad, Alex was the Owner/General Manager of Main Event Restaurant, a family dining restaurant and sports bar with two locations in Long Island. Alex co-created, operated, and managed the restaurant chain, overseeing all operational needs and achieving consistent growth in revenue. Alex also worked as an Area Manager at Staffmark and as a SAE at Spherion Technology.

Alex Constantatos obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications from the State University of New York Cortland, completing their education from 1993 to 1998.
