Roman Ward

Roman Ward has a diverse work experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Roman began their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Watson Services Inc. in 2008 and later worked as a Staff Consultant and Branch Manager at Randstad from 2012 to 2017. Roman then held a position as a Managing Director at both Randstad USA and KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting in 2018. In 2019, they became Treasurer at The Rustin Group and Market Manager at Roth Staffing. Currently, Roman is working as a Market Director at Roth Staffing, where they support branch leaders and oversees multiple locations and specialized business lines in the Northeast.

Roman Ward attended Bryant University from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a BS/BA degree in Management/Marketing. In 2009, they obtained a certification in Food Service Safety from the FDA. Later, in 2015, they earned a certification as a Certified Administrative Staffing Professional from Randstad.
