Dominic Nadeau

Dominic Nadeau has a diverse work experience spanning over several prestigious companies. Dominic started their career as an Associate at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP in 2000 and eventually became a Partner in 2006. In 2007, they joined Clifford Chance LLP as a Senior Associate, where they served until 2014. While at Clifford Chance LLP, they also worked as the Senior Associate in French Leveraged Finance from 2009 to 2010. In 2014, Nadeau moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Legal Secondee for a short period. Currently, they hold two roles at Rothschild & Co, as the Head of Legal & Execution for Five Arrows and as the Managing Director & Merchant Banking Senior Legal Counsel, which they have held since 2014.

Dominic Nadeau obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Université Laval between 1997 and 2000. Dominic also pursued further education in Law at BPP Law School from 2009 to 2010, although the specific degree obtained is unknown.
