Tim Haskell MCIM has had a long and successful career in the photographic and video industries. Tim began their career in 1986 as a Retail Branch Manager at KJP Ltd, where they managed a team of ten staff and increased branch sales and margin performance by 8% year-over-year. In 1990, they were promoted to Marketing Manager, Group Products, where they provided marketing and product training support across the UK and managed a team of five marketing support specialists. In 1997, they moved to OpTex Ltd as General Manager, where they managed a total staff of 55 and grew sales to £8 million per annum. In 2006, they joined Calumet Photographic Ltd as Commercial Product Manager and successfully selected and appointed new vendors, including the Redrock Micro brand. In 2010, Tim became General Manager of Planet Video Systems, and in 2011 they moved to Bowens International Ltd as Business Development Manager. In 2016, they joined XP Distribution as European Sales Manager, and in 2018 they became Business Development Director at Rotolight Group Ltd. Finally, in 2022 they were appointed International Development Director at Keencut, and in 2023 they became Business Development Manager at Rotolight.

Tim Haskell MCIM has a diverse educational background. Tim attended Dr. Challoner's Grammar School, Amersham, Bucks, where they obtained A-levels in French & German. Tim also attended Ley Hill County Primary. In 1996, they began their postgraduate studies at De Montfort University, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM) in 1998. Tim also holds certifications from the Traditional Association of Shotokan Karate, where they obtained a 1st Dan Black Belt in 2012 and a 2nd Dan Black Belt in 2014. Additionally, they hold a certification from LinkedIn in Delivering an Authentic Elevator Pitch, which they obtained in June 2020.
