Gaurav Shinde

Gaurav Shinde has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles. Gaurav currently serves as the Head of Sales and Business Development Oil & Gas at Rotork since 2020. In this role, they have achieved significant revenue growth and major order wins by pursuing domestic and international project opportunities. Gaurav has also held positions at Emerson, Rotork (previous tenure), LISEGA SE, Larsen & Toubro, Hilti Group, and BCL Springs Ltd, where they have consistently achieved sales targets and secured profitable orders. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to manage regional level operations and motivate teams.

Gaurav Shinde completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Karad, between 1999 and 2003. Gaurav later pursued a PGDM in Marketing and Operations at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2007 to 2010.
