Andrew Lockett

Andrew Lockett has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Andrew currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Residential Asset Management at Round Hill Capital since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Director of European Real Estate at H.I.G. Capital from September 2021 to April 2023. From October 2017 to September 2021, Andrew worked as a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Round Hill Capital. Before that, they worked at ALDAR Properties PJSC, first as an Assistant Vice President of Asset Management from September 2014 to January 2017, and then as a Vice President of Development Management from January 2017 to May 2017. Andrew also gained experience at BHP Billiton as a Superintendent of Workforce Planning from November 2011 to April 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at Balmain Asset Management as an Investment Associate from April 2009 to September 2010, and at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Analyst from May 2006 to March 2008. Andrew began their career at Lehman Brothers as an Analyst from April 2005 to May 2006.

In 2001 to 2002, Andrew obtained a Diploma of Information Technology in Software Development from Spherion Education.

From 2003 to 2005, they attended the University of Newcastle, where they earned a Bachelor of Finance in Business Finance. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting from the University of Newcastle.

In 2017 to 2019, Andrew pursued further education at Henley Business School, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance.

In 2020, they completed a certificate program in Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
