Arjan Spruit

Arjan Spruit has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Arjan currently serves as the Director Fund Finance & Control at Round Hill Capital, where they lead a team responsible for finance matters of multiple joint venture vehicles and regulated funds. Their role includes onboarding new JVs, standardizing processes, strengthening control over JVs and funds, and improving treasury and business control related work streams. Prior to joining Round Hill Capital, they held various roles such as Geschäftsführer/CFO at Reggeborgh Investment & Management GmbH, Head of Group Control at Redevco B.V., and Head of audit, control and risk management at COFRA Holding AG. Arjan Spruit began their career as a Senior Audit Manager at Deloitte Nederland. Throughout their career, they have focused on driving optimization, digitization, and professionalization of financial processes while strengthening internal controls.

From 1983 to 1989, Arjan Spruit attended Veenlandencollege Mijdrecht, where they obtained a VWO degree.

In 1989, they enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and completed a Master's degree in Business / Managerial Economics. Arjan graduated in 1994.

From 1995 to 1999, Arjan Spruit pursued a post-master education at VU Amsterdam, specializing in Auditing.

In 2002, they obtained the RA certification from NIVRA.

In 2014, Arjan Spruit attended IMD for management development studies.

In 2020, they attended the Cambridge Judge Business School and obtained a certification in Business Analytics: Decision Making Using Data.
