George Craven

George brings 40 years of development experience. He joined Round Hill Capital in 2018 and is currently Global Head of Development. His Round Hill teams have completed and delivered more than $2Billion in GDV including 6,343 units across multiple European jurisdictions, with a further pipeline of 11,800 in development . George has worked in senior roles for major firms in the sector, including Balfour Beatty and Mowlem. He led a specialist team in Arcadis for 10 years, providing development management services for international blue chip clients. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Kingston University.
