Neitra Scott

Neitra Scott has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Neitra currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Round Hill Music since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior DEI & HR Consultant at people3, Inc. starting in May 2020. Neitra also gained considerable experience during their tenure as a Manager of Human Resources at Sony Music Entertainment from February 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at Genesco from 2016 to 2019. Neitra started their career as an Employee Relations professional at Corizon Health in 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Analyst at HCA Physician Services from 2011 to 2013. Neitra began their career as an Administrative Assistant II at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2009, followed by a role as an HR Associate at Saint Thomas Health from 2006 to 2009.

Neitra Scott earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University from 2013 to 2015. Neitra continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from 2016 to 2018.
