Chaitanya K. currently serves as the Head of Analysis & Scout at RoundGlass, starting in July 2023, where responsibilities include scouting and recruiting players for the Punjab FC under Head Coach Panagiotis Dilmperis in the Indian Super League. Previously, Chaitanya was a First Team Performance Analyst at Sreenidi Deccan Football Club from June 2022 to May 2023, contributing to the team's second-place finish in the I-League and the Hero Super Cup. Earlier experience includes a role as a Football Video Analyst at Reliance Foundation from March 2021 to May 2022, focusing on individual player analysis and developing video scouting profiles, as well as coaching the U-14 youth team at Just For Kicks - India from July 2018 to April 2019. Chaitanya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
