Rebecca French

Rebecca French is the HR Coordinator at Roundhouse Trust. Rebecca previously worked as a Store Supervisor at Vans a Division of VF Outdoor from October 2014 to October 2015. There, they managed a small team of sales associates and managers within the busy Westfield shopping Centre, while effectively completing back of house and administrative duties.

Her duties included ensuring timetables for the month were correct and match sign in times record; prescreening CVs; monitoring sickness and absence; receiving and processing deliveries; organising stock transfers, pick ups and consolidation; daily reporting on takings, stock levels, bestsellers and competitor activity; providing in depth knowledge of all products and a good knowledge of the brand’s history; training staff and key holders on customer service and brand knowledge through one to one sessions and group presentations; dealing with customer complaints; performing morning briefings.

After only 3 months in the store, they were tasked with taking on the role of acting assistant manager throughout the incredibly busy Christmas period. During this time they gained the highest secret shopper report for all the Vans stores in London.

Rebecca French has a Bachelor of Arts (Illustration) with honours from Middlesex University and a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design with High Merit from City and Guilds of London Art School.

They work with Natasha Taylor-Stedman - HR Business Partner, Alex Amiri - Learning & Development Business Partner. Rebecca French reports to Janice Charles, Head of Human Resources.
