As an experienced health insurance professional, Jasmine has acquired a diverse skillset of experiences that include small, mid-size and large employer strategic initiatives, new business development, client management, market research, and product development.

As Director of Customer Experience, Jasmine is responsible for facilitating ownership of customer experience excellence throughout the organization. She works closely with all internal business units, clients and advisors to ensure Roundstone’s vision for customer experience excellence strategically aligns with the expectations and goals, that contribute to a sustainable mutual relationship.

Jasmine received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ursuline College, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Ohio University.
