James Suller has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles. James is currently the Vice President of Customer Operations at VaxCare. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Customer Success and Retention at Carousel Industries, where they were responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies. James also worked as the Global Vice President of Customer Success at LexisNexis, where they led the customer success strategy and managed a remote team of employees. James has also held senior leadership roles at StubHub, CIGNA Healthcare, Hewitt Associates, Cartus, CBS Cable, and JPMorgan Chase, where they gained expertise in operations, customer service, and financial management.

James Suller has an extensive education history. James first attended Westbrook Jr / Sr Highschool from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained their High School Diploma. James then pursued higher education at Manhattanville College from 1988 to 1992, earning a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Management and Accounting.

Later, James attended Fairfield University from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Certificate in Organizational Communication, specifically in Leadership. Continuing their education, they enrolled in the University of Connecticut from 1998 to 2000, completing their MBA with a specialization in Finance.

In addition to their formal education, James has obtained several certifications. In 2002, they became a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through Pivotal Resources. James furthered their Lean Six Sigma knowledge by becoming a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2008 through Smarter Solutions, Inc. Additionally, in 2010, they became a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, also through Smarter Solutions, Inc.

James has also acquired expertise in change management and transition. James received the ADKAR Change Management Leader certification from Prosci in 2009. That same year, they became a Change Leadership Master and Instructor through Linkage, Inc., as well as a Managing Organizational Transition Leader and Instructor through William Bridges & Associates.

Finally, in 2019, James obtained the Cisco Customer Success Manager (CSM) certification from Cisco.

Overall, James Suller has a diverse educational background encompassing degrees in Liberal Arts and Finance, along with various certifications in organizational communication, Lean Six Sigma, change management, and transition.
