Allison Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Allison is currently working at Routeware, Inc. as a Product Developer, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Jr. Product Developer at the same company from April 2022 to January 2023.

Allison then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Journalism from Boston University, studying from 2010 to 2013. Most recently, they attended the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained their M.S. in Environmental Science with a focus on Pollution Prevention and Remediation.
