Head of Property Operations at Rove

Patrick Bartlett has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Patrick currently holds the position of Head of Property Operations at Rove since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Property Operations at Rove from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Rove, Patrick worked at Kasa Living, Inc. as a Senior Program Manager, Housekeeping from December 2021 to January 2022. Patrick also worked as the Front Office Manager at Trump Hotels, achieving a significant increase in upsell revenue from March 2015 to March 2017.

Patrick started their career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as an Assistant Guest Services Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. Patrick also had a role as a Front Office Supervisor at The Statler Hotel.

Before entering the hospitality industry, Patrick held various professional and managerial roles in different hospitality operations. Overall, Patrick has a strong background in property operations, housekeeping management, and guest services.

Patrick Bartlett attended Cornell University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration.
