Brian Calfo

Brian Calfo is the Director of Sales Operations at ROVE. Brian has over fifteen years of experience in sales operations, quotes, registrations, renewals, inside sales, presales, sales enablement, marketing, services scoping, and state contracts.

Prior to joining ROVE, Brian was the Director of Sales Operations at Varrow, where they were responsible for the management and operations of all departments that supported the sales teams. Brian implemented and optimized most of the back office systems and tools that enabled exponential sales growth prior to the sale of the company. Brian also coordinated and managed multiple projects with our team of developers to improve processes and better utilize SalesForce.com.

Brian has a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful company-wide ticketing system which improved the efficiency of the back office and provided better visibility to account executives. The project included custom forms and workflows to reduce our turnaround times on quotes from days to hours. Services scoping was also integrated to insure services were scoped accurately and quoted quickly.

Under Brian’s leadership, the ROVE team has increased sales, while also reducing the time needed to close deals. Brian's experience and expertise have been invaluable in helping ROVE grow and scale.

Brian Calfo attended Appalachian State University and earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Brian then went on to earn two certification from EMC in EMC TA - Backup and EMC TA - Storage.

Their manager is Dave Brown, CEO. Some of their coworkers include Rebecca Keyser - Controller, Randy Poteat - VP, Technical Operations, and Pat Bodin - CTO.
