Monchen Kao

Monchen Kao has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2015, they worked at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy & Operations division, primarily focusing on Federal Strategy & Operations. In 2017, they joined Tesla and held positions in Corporate Development / Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Business Operations. They left Tesla in 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Business Management Consultant at the National Park Service, specifically on commercial bear-viewing services. Currently, Monchen holds the position of Director of Corporate Strategy & Development at Rover.com, starting in 2022.

Monchen Kao holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Political Economy from Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service. Monchen also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to their higher education, Kao attended Bellarmine College Preparatory for their high school education.
