Nicholas Tan

Nicholas Tan has worked at RoviSys since 2018, starting as a Systems Engineer and progressing to Lead Systems Engineer. Nicholas'scurrent role is Project Engineer, which began in March 2021. Prior to RoviSys, Nicholas worked at PEP Innovation Pte Ltd as a Process Development Engineer from 2016 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for designing and integrating processes, optimizing yield and quality, and driving process improvement. Nicholas also has experience in the Singapore Army, where they served as a Platoon Commander from 2013 to 2014, overseeing trainings, administrative work, and troop morale and discipline.

Nicholas Tan completed their education at Newcastle University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Temasek Polytechnic from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Diploma in Chemical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Nicholas also obtained an Advanced Certificate in Team Management from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency in October 2013.
