Taylor Burger

Taylor Burger, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to present. Starting in 2004, Taylor worked at Parker Hannifin as a Manufacturing Administration Specialist. In this role, Taylor served as the Human Resource representative, assisted employees with benefit enrollment and questions, conducted interviews and orientation, coordinated company events, organized a safety program, revised the employee handbook, and managed personnel and workers compensation files. Taylor also handled purchasing responsibilities, including buying raw materials and entering purchase orders. In 2009, Taylor joined RoviSys as an Office Assistant and later moved up to the position of HR Generalist, HR Manager, and currently holds the role of Director of Human Resources.
