Scott Agostini

Scott Agostini, SHRM-SCP, is currently working as the Senior Director of HR Operations at Rowan University since March 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Global Furniture Group from February 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Owner of Rite Resume from February 2015 to June 2021. Scott also worked as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at New Jersey Urology, LLC from November 2017 to February 2019. Before that, they held the position of Director of HR and Operations at Innovative Benefit Planning, LLC from April 2014 to July 2017. Scott Agostini has also worked at Magee Rehabilitation as the Director of Human Resources from February 2010 to April 2014, at Ulticom, Inc. as the Manager of Human Resources from February 2006 to February 2010, and as the Divisional HR Manager at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center from April 2002 to February 2006.

Scott Agostini, SHRM-SCP holds a Master of Arts degree in Diversity and Inclusion from Rowan University, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they attended La Salle University from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued Human Capital Development. Additionally, Scott obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University - Camden. In terms of certifications, they achieved the Foundations of DEI Certificate and the Creating a Neuro-Inclusive Workplace Certificate from Rowan University in 2023. Scott is also certified as a Crucial Conversations Trainer and holds a NJ Life and Health Producers License. Scott is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by SHRM.
