Juan Laverde

Juan Laverde has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2021, they worked as a Leasing Assistant at Asset Living, where they achieved 100% pre-lease for StadiumHouse Gainesville. Additionally, they conducted property tours, managed lease signings, and gained insights into real estate and marketing. In 2022, Juan became a Leasing & Marketing Assistant at Asset Living, where their role included social media management, marketing campaigns, event coordination, and addressing prospect inquiries. In 2023, Juan joined Rowdy Magazine as the Business Director, overseeing all aspects of business operations, including finances, advertising, pricing, and planning. Later that year, Juan also joined The Agency at UF, where they took on roles such as Project Coordinator for Associated Press, Media Lead for The Bartram, and Media Coordinator. Overall, Juan has demonstrated skills in leasing, marketing, event coordination, and business operations.

Juan Laverde attended the University of Florida from 2023 to 2025, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising.
