James Fink

James Fink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in surveying and project coordination. Since November 1989, James has served as a Survey Project Coordinator at ROWE Professional Services Company, overseeing transportation and civil engineering utility projects with a focus on control, topographic, and construction staking. Professionally licensed in Colorado, Texas, and Kentucky, James brings a strong technical background to the role. Prior to this, James held positions as a Weather Specialist and Food Service Specialist in the USAF from October 1983 to March 1989, and as a Tool & Cutter Grinder at Camco, Inc. from September 1980 to September 1983. James earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Michigan-Flint between 2004 and 2008.
