Nichole O'Shea

Nichole O'Shea is an experienced educator and professional with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Roxbury Township School District since September 2022, Nichole also holds Morris County Substitute Certification for K-12 and has taken on multiple substitute roles, including Kindergarten and Special Education leave replacements. Prior to education, Nichole spent four years at Humana as a Global Services Consultant, where rapid promotion followed effective vendor governance and risk management. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Robertet Group, and significant procurement roles at BASF, where administrative and strategic sourcing capabilities were demonstrated. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Centenary University.
