Morad Madanat is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in both education and restaurant management. Currently serving as a Culinary Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since January 2022, Morad previously contributed as a Guest Lecturer at the same institution. Morad has owned Zarb Smokehouse & Grill and held various roles at notable restaurants, including Executive Chef at Zodiac Cafe and Restaurant, Chef de Partie at Blue Dimond Restaurant, and Executive Chef at Coushions Lounge. The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, a member of the EHL Network of Certified Schools, is a technical university college which provides Bachelor and Diploma programs, founded in 2008 to fulfill the vision of his Majesty King Abdullah II of having a culinary school in Jordan operating at the highest international standards, and to introduce the Swiss experience of merging practical and hands-on training with academic education.
