Debbie Whitcombe Chartered McIpd

Debbie Whitcombe Chartered MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Debbie currently serves as the Head of People at the Royal Academy of Dance since 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at the London Symphony Orchestra from 2022 to 2023.

Debbie also worked as the Interim Head of HR at the National Theatre from 2022 to 2022. Before that, they served as a Guest Experience Host at LW Theatres for a short period in 2021.

Their longest tenure was at The Jockey Club, where they held various roles in the HR department. Debbie was the Head of HR from 2011 to 2021, acting as the Acting Group HR Director from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Group HR Manager from 2011 to 2020 and as a Group HR Adviser from 2005 to 2011.

Debbie Whitcombe Chartered MCIPD obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM from Kingston University, during the years 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a BA in Music with History at Brunel University London from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they hold the certification of MCIPD from CIPD, which they obtained in the year 2020.
