Anita de Raaff

Anita de Raaff has a wide range of experience in various roles and companies. Anita has recently been working at Royal BAM Group nv, starting in 2019 as the Global HR Services Director and transitioning to the role of Transformation Support Office Director in July 2022. Prior to this, Anita worked at VEON from 2016 to 2018, where they served as the Interim CEO Shared Services Pakistan, Global HR Transformation Leader, and HR Shared Services Leader. Anita also has extensive experience at GE, starting in 1996. At GE, they held roles such as HR Shared Services Leader Europe, Sales Director Russia and CIS, and Master Black Belt. Additionally, Anita worked at Spectra Group Limited as a Senior R&D Chemist. Throughout their career, Anita has demonstrated skills in HR transformation, leadership, strategy development, and project execution.

Anita de Raaff earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg in 1990. Anita then pursued a Master's Degree in Chemistry from Radboud University, completing it in 1993.
