Shelley Caton

Shelley Caton's work experience includes holding various roles within Royal BAM Group nv and BAM Nuttall Ltd. In 2019, they became the Group Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Royal BAM Group nv, a role they held until April 2022 when they transitioned to the position of Director of Diversity and Inclusion UK & I. Prior to this, they worked at BAM Nuttall Ltd, starting as a Learning & Development Advisor in 2007 and progressing to roles such as Learning & Development Manager, HR Manager, and finally, Head of Culture & Diversity in 2017.

Shelley Caton completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama at St Mary's University, Twickenham from 1995 to 1998. Later, they pursued a PG Dip in HRM with a focus on HR at Farnborough College of Technology from 2008 to 2011.
