Damian Durlik

Damian Durlik is an experienced professional in product management, business analysis, and software development, currently serving as the Director of Product and Business Solutions at RBC since November 2019. In this role, Damian leads initiatives in modernizing credit systems and processes, including the development of a data science and analytics platform for machine learning in credit risk scoring. Prior to RBC, Damian worked as a Business Consultant at CIBC, where significant projects involved implementing digital mortgage capabilities and improving processes for home equity lending. Other roles include Functional Consultant at Equifax, where focus was on enhancing credit decision solutions, and various positions at RBC, Quad Infotech Inc., and GE Power, cumulatively building a robust background in financial services and engineering. Damian holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto.
