Kamil Zacharski

Kamil Zacharski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security architecture. Currently serving as Senior Director of IAM Engineering and Service Management at RBC since April 2018, Kamil leads the technology research, design, development, and implementation of complex IAM systems across the organization. Previously, Kamil was a Senior Director of IAM Engineering and a Security Architect at Scotiabank, providing security architectures and serving as a Subject Matter Expert. Kamil also held roles at Rogers Communications as an IAM Analyst and at Seneca College in various software development positions. Kamil holds a diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis from Seneca Polytechnic and multiple certifications in security and software development, underscoring a robust educational foundation in technology.
