Krista Stago is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at RBC since 2024, Krista previously held the position of Senior Vice President - Talent Acquisition Manager at Citi from March 2022 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team of recruiters for the Institutional Client Group and overseeing recruitment strategies across North America. Prior to that, Krista spent over a decade at JPMorgan Chase & Co., ascending through roles such as Vice President - Talent Acquisition Manager for JPMorgan Wealth Management and Team Lead/Recruiter for Chase Wealth Management.
