Peggy Capitain

Peggy Capitain, MBA, CSM, has an extensive career at RBC since September 2002, currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Southwestern Ontario. In various leadership roles, Peggy has contributed significantly to the Personal & Commercial Banking sector's talent strategy, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives. Peggy's initiatives include managing the RBC Career Launch Program, supporting the Global Diversity strategy, and overseeing numerous enterprise-wide projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness. Additionally, Peggy has experience as a Sponsored Employee with the United Way of Greater Toronto, successfully managing major workplace campaigns. Peggy holds an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School and has pursued further education at Boston College.
