Angela Vanikiotis

Angela Vanikiotis serves as the Director of Talent Management at the Royal Canadian Mint since September 2018, leading a bilingual team to enhance HR practices and attract diverse talent. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Talent Management and Organization Development, with responsibilities in people-centric programs and talent development. Earlier experience includes managing HR policies and programs at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and holding various leadership positions in Human Resources at the Government of Canada, as well as a director position at the Senate of Canada. Angela holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Public Policy and Public Management from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and further education from St. Francis Xavier University.
