Mark Penney

Mark Penney, P.Eng. has extensive experience in technical operations within the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), having held various leadership roles since November 2013, including Executive Director of Technical Operations and Director General of Air Services Branch. Prior to this, Mark was involved with the RCMP from June 2002 to August 2011 as a Radio Engineering Project Manager. Academically, Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Queen's University and a Master of Public Administration in Management from Dalhousie University.
