Darren Andree is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and contact center operations. Currently serving as the Workforce Management Lead at Royal Caribbean Group since April 2022, Darren previously held the position of Director of Contact Center Services at Solid State Operations, where significant advancements were made, including launching a remote chat contact center. With a strong background spanning roles such as Workforce Management Lead at Perspecta, Business Analyst at Your Health Idaho, and Business Intelligence Analyst at CenturyLink, Darren has consistently demonstrated expertise in staffing allocation, forecasting, scheduling, and performance analytics across various industries. Darren is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration IT Management from Western Governors University, set to complete in July 2024.
