Vedran Smolcic

Vedran Smolcic started their career as an Engine Cadet at CMA CGM before working their way up to become a 4th Engineer. Vedran then moved on to Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. where Vedran held the position of 3rd Engineer for about four years. Currently, Vedran is working as a 2nd Engineer at Royal Caribbean International Cruises. Throughout their career, Vedran has been responsible for a wide range of engineering duties, from diesel engine maintenance to water and steam production, azipods, stabilizers, separators, and more. With a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Vedran brings a strong educational background to their role and is highly skilled in overseeing various systems on modern cruise ships.
